Nexxus Building.

Mediam Rare was invited to create a suite of brand assets to help revitalise the positioning of Nexxus Building, an icon of Central commercial real estate. As the original Hang Seng Bank headquarters, Nexxus Building has played a crucial role in Hong Kong’s banking history — since 1962, it has thrived at the nexus of Hong Kong enterprise and culture.

Mediam Rare worked with Nexxus Building’s new asset manager, Trivium, to develop a refreshed set of brand assets to reflect the revitalised commercial positioning of the building, highlighting its unique selling points through a narrative that emphasises the building’s namesake nexus concept.

“At the NEXXUS of Central & Hong Kong.”

A sophisticated brand video showcasing Nexxus Building’s unique features and strengths.

Attractive spatial imagery.

We curated a library of updated, dynamic architectural, environmental and interior images of the building, as well as its surrounding environment in Hong Kong’s CBD.

View of a modern city street with tall glass skyscrapers, a multi-lane road with moving vehicles, and a pedestrian walkway with people walking. The buildings reflect the sky and surrounding structures.
Looking up at tall glass and steel skyscrapers against a clear blue sky.
Modern hotel or office lobby with marble flooring, a curved reception desk made of light-colored stone, and a sign that reads 'NEXXUS HUB managed by TRIUMPH,' with a ceiling featuring wooden slats and recessed lighting.

A sophisticated brochure.

We designed a stylish sales brochure that reflects the upgraded brand positioning of Nexxus Building, with more sophisticated storytelling, attractive imagery and modern layout.

An open brochure displaying images of skyscrapers, streets, and buildings in Hong Kong, with text describing the Nexus building and its features, placed on a plain gray surface.
An open magazine displaying various images and articles about buildings and urban development, set against a plain gray background.
